1. Be Clear and Specific:
Clearly state what you need help with. Avoid vague or overly broad questions.
2. Provide Context:
Give any necessary background information that can help Skywise chatbot understand your question better.
3. Ask for Step-by-Step Guidance:
If the verbosity of the response is not good enough, then ask follow-up questions with terms like `give me detailed instructions` or `step-by-step instructions`.
4. Iterate and Refine:
If the initial response isn't what you expected, refine your question and ask follow-up questions. In your follow-up questions you can use phrases like `think before you respond` to ensure chatbot can thoroughly analyze the task before responding.
Limitations of chatbot - SkyWise
1. Skywise - chatbot has no awareness of customer Zendesk tickets, deployment topology
2. Chatbot won't be able to help with sales or license activation related questions
3. No multimodal support - Only text inputs
